I normally love to share happy experiences with food, travel and entertainment venues but today I had a bad experience at one of my favorite Chinese Fast food restaurants in Kissimmee, Florida. There was a new item on the menu at Panda Express and it was featured on a sign outside in the parking lot as a BBQ Brisket and marketed by the employees inside and priced as a premium entree with a surcharge.
