I just finished a Taco Salad and WOW!!! I loved the taste, ingredients and the service. I will definitely be enjoying the food here more often. can not forget the guava lemonade wish I had a barrel of it.
Saw a food truck at a craft show in Lady Lake and swung around to check them out. Ordered their pork burrito dinner (came with chips, cheese sauce and drink). On first appearances when I unwrapped my burrito, I wasn't impressed. But when I bit in, I was happily pleased. Flavorful, fresh, large portion (split meal with spouse and there was plenty for both of us. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I'll keep my eyes out for this food truck and visit again

Poppy’s Food Truck has been a hit this season at our rv community. Residents are enjoying fresh made Mexican and American fare. Portions are large (spouse and I frequently split 1 entree). Prices comparable to regular restaurant.
