We also had the fancy passion fruit tarts. It was delicious and the presentation was outstanding. Whenever we come in, her and Karina are amazing, welcoming and always recommend some great dishes and drinks. The only other thing they could do to make us feel even more special is roll out the red carpet and throw a crown on our heads! We are always treated like royalty! Im always impressed by their knowledge and insightful recommendations on pairing certain menu items and current promotions. Karina will knock out tickets at the well like the flash as if its another walk in the park, while Bella handles the entire bar in Guinness record time and with a show woman's flair and vice versa navigating the numerous challenges of a high volume venue as if its just to easy. As a prior bar manager I would know! What an incredible team. Who can even watch the games when you have these two customer service gladiators setting records behind the bar. “The Hamlin location took amazing care of us today. We had to request a change of seating as we had some mobility issues within our party and they did it without any issue. I managed to spill my drink and the waitress was super relaxed with getting me a damp rag to clean it up. We ordered a drink not realizing it was smoked and they swapped it for us as we had a massive allergy issue in our party. I promise we aren’t usually so high maintenance but when I say they rolled with our oddly chaotic punches I deeply appreciated it. It’s the end of 2024 and I’m so proud of these folks for being on their ‘A’ game and accommodating us. Good food. Good service. Good time all around. “The hotel is beautiful, huge, rooms were great, lots of choices on places to eat. HUGE DOWNSIDE…. Parking!!! There was a cheering competition here(no I didn’t know when we booked or we wouldn’t have!) so we had to park about a mile away from the hotel every time we wanted to come and go, even though we have handicap parking they didn’t have any spots only a couple that have been taken since we got here. And don’t forget anything you need. Lol Hubby ran out of cigarettes, ran down to the little market downstairs. $18.00 a pack.“
