“Today I came in to get my lunch. I met an amazing guy who works here. His name is Chris, blue eyes, young. He complimented me on my outfit and it was a nice gesture. I was having a little bit of a rough day and he definitely made it better. Kindness goes a longgg way. He’s just so full of positive energy. “I ordered on Slim Chickens on Door Dash and I received my food and I ordered 2 jars one brownie and other one is cheesecake. I received the brownie jar and I didn't receive the cheesecake jar. I called the Dasher to see if maybe she left it behind in the car and she said they never gave it to her. So I called the store and Kevin picked up the phone and he went to verify that we order the cheese cake jar and he said yes I see you ordered it and so he took he initiative and said he will deliver the jar himself to my location. “I love this place! Went on their grand opening day in 2019 and ever since then I have been a regular going about every other week to pick up lunches for the week. The food is freshly made every day. They have many varieties of chicken salad and also delicious egg salad. They even have a turkey sandwich selection for those who do not like salad sandwiches. They sell Cheryl’s cookies and you can also buy the salads in a prepackaged container to go. Jennifer, the owner, is awesome and often present and pitches in to help staff as well as greet customers. There really is nothing I don’t like about the place other than it is closed on Sundays per corporate policy. If you are looking for a good sandwich with a delicious cookie and outstanding customer service, then you need to head on down to Chicken Salad Chick.“

“Blown Away!!! I’d heard reviews but was honestly skeptical. I really didn’t think it’d be anything amazing with it being just chicken and fries. I was wrong! The food was so fresh. Flavor so good! The service was on point. Better than Zaxby’s. More food for your money than Zaxby’s! Sweet tea was good. Overall, very impressed. I wish Jacksonville had a location. Looking forward to my next trip towards Orlando . Honestly just to go here.“

“without a doubt, this chick fil a has thee best customer service and food in ALL of central FL. i was greeted as soon as i entered , the place was clean from top to bottom ( including restrooms), and was checked on by not 1 but 2 employees while enjoying my meal. The staff genuinely care and are happy to be there. shoutout to Roger and Jimmie . my niece loved her toy and all of the disney character impressions.“
