“This is one of my favorite locations for Joffrey's in all of Disney world! There's almost never a wait and the service was quick. The employees were kind as well. This is a nice hidden gem at Caribbean Beach! If you're using the Skyliner, it's the perfect pick-me-up to get you off the ground (literally)!“

“My kids and I were at Disney springs today, we are in town for the #garysenisefoundations #snowballexpress and one of your workers and older gentleman who was wearing a yellow ball cap/white shirt started talking with them and asked what they were in town for and knew what the shirts they were wearing were about and ended up purchasing their drinks for them. “The coffee itself was excellent, rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The service, too, was impeccable: the staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the experience. It’s clear that the team is trained to the standards one would expect in a luxury setting.

That said, I was genuinely surprised, and, to be honest, disappointed, to be served such a great coffee in a cardboard cup. In a luxury hotel, every detail counts. The choice of serving ware is not a minor point; it’s part of the overall experience, the atmosphere, and the sense of refinement that guests come to expect.

Drinking from a paper cup might be acceptable in a coffee shop on the go, but it feels completely out of place in a high-end setting. It takes away from the moment, and unfortunately, it left a lasting impression that didn’t quite match the otherwise high level of service.

I say this with the utmost respect, because everything else was truly excellent, but when you’re aiming for excellence in hospitality, the details matter. I sincerely hope this aspect will be reconsidered in the future, as it would significantly enhance the overall experience.“

“everything was wonderful it is a holiday weekend to be expected very busy everything for our needs was handled top notch. we have done this before many times traveled to Disney twice while we were here the Magic Kingdom and epcot once everything was fantastic no complaints the rooms were fine air conditioning fine could have rained a little less LOL but you have no control over that and it is that time of year in Florida. be back soon. definitely 5+ Stars“

“We enjoyed the seasonal beverage, which was a lion king themed latte. It was very good and had a considerable amount of coconut in it, which was more than fine with me. It is very nice to find a coffee stop in the parks, this one is very efficient and has a good selection of different coffees.“

Not only to do serve coffee here but you will also find sandwiches, baked goods, wine, fresh fruit, t-shirts,soda, energy drinks, cider, milk and juices. Thewre is a bench you can sit at to enjoy your drink or food and it has a nice view of the pool. Overall it is a nice little shop.“
