While driving back home across the country after vacation, I accidentally left behind a sweatshirt that means so much to me. By the time I realized, I was already a few states away and thought it was gone for good.
But this team went completely above and beyond— they not only found it, but took the time and effort to ship it all the way back to me. Their kindness throughout the entire process meant more than I can put into words.
Ariane, in particular, was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, selfless, and genuinely caring. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity is rare to come across, and it truly made my day (and honestly, my whole week).
