“McDonald’s food is good and their FF the best, but since Covid the staffing is not up to par and it seems everytime I go something has been wrong or left out of my order plus you have to ask for condiments and that’s like pulling teeth . Come on it takes more than one pack of ketchup ! However it’s still good and I’m glad we have McDonald’s!! 😊

“Even though the lobby was closed, my husband poked his head in the door and said, "we can't get this huge truck and trailer through your drive through".
It had been a long crappy day already. But the lady inside was just as nice as she could be. She waved my husband on in and took his order with a smile.
The food was delicious, and we will definitely go back to that mcdonald's when we pass through again.
To the lady in Lake City, florida who was so gracious, you made our day so much brighter.
