“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.“

“Had breakfast recently on a Sunday morning. Sat outside and had the best food server named Alli. Very attentive, great personality and went over and above. Food was good as usual. Atmosphere was terrific.“

“The buffet had a great variety of staples we knew and some new dishes to try, all creamy and spiced perfectly (some heat, but not so much that it was too hot). Service was sweet and explained dishes to us, attentive to our table. Very clean restaurant as well. Definitely returning!“

The service was beyond amazing and the staff made us feel like family. I am usually extremely picky and always find at least one fault….i could not find one and this place. “My first time here and I LOVED it! Quiet, clean, and stylish. The workers and patrons alike were considerate and respectful of noise levels. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious!! I can say that the lettuce burger, their classic double burger, fries, and cookies and cream custard milkshake were all exceptional (and that was all just $40). I would surely recommend this establishment and consider it to be a much higher level than McDonalds, Burger King, etc, but still in the same price range. BurgerFi has high quality ingredients that don't just taste like grease and they also use real beef without weird additives or preservatives. 100% coming back, and 100% recommend!“

“I was ordering for delivery but called ahead because there was an item on the restaurant website that wasn’t on the Uber menu and I wanted to make sure they had it. The employee answered the questions I had and I was able to add the shrimp summer rolls on Uber, but I left a custom note asking for it to be made as the fried tofu summer roll version and they made it perfectly! This place was the only place open today on Thanksgiving that had vegan options too, so I really appreciated that! Tasty food and excellent customer service 😋“

“My husband and I went to Fishbones Saturday night 10/12. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We ordered a lobster special and Chillean Sea bass. It was delicious. Warning with add ons. Didn't realize the Cesar salad was an upgrade including anchovies and bacon. The waiter was very attentive.“

It left me regretting all the times I'd ordered pizza/pasta from other vendors- so very, very fresh & tasty😋 The quality of the pie & whatever cheese they used was so very delicious👌 It's several rungs above that of what other vendors use. We ordered veggie cheesebread, veggie pizzas, & an Alfredo pasta. Perfectly roasted & cheesy. Thoroughly loved it. Though our order was takeout, I was waiting a little bit in the restaurant for my order to be ready. During that time, I felt the ambience for a dine-in was very good too, & the staff were very cheerful & friendly. I'm sure we'll be ordering from here again😊“

“Absolutely amazing. The customer service at the Lake Mary location was so great. Last week we wanted pizza and someone recommended Filomena’s to me so I ordered online. When I ordered it told me it would be delivered within an hour which was perfect. A few moments later I got a text message saying it was going to be 2 hours. Because of this I called to cancel and spoke with Justine. She was great and canceled the order for me. About 20 minutes later she called back to let me know that they deliver in house vs using DoorDash when using the website and that next time we should call to order to skip the third party. The fact that she called me back to tell me this is such great customer service. She needs to be given all the praise or a raise 👀🤣. Fast forward to tonight when I called to place a deliver order, she remembered me and was so great again. Even called the manager to see if they would deliver a little farther out of their radius. I seriously could not recommend you guys enough.“

The young man there (drawing a blank on his name I’m sorry) is also a youth football coach if memory serves me right, and he is the reason I come to this location. He is very friendly and considerate, and always working hard. I only come on days he’s working because my drinks are always perfect. One great experience after another thanks to him. “We are here from “cold” Chicago, so to be able to sit outside and eat in February is a real treat! The surrounding were quiet enough for my husband to get work done and take a few calls.

The service was excellent and my lunch bowl was amazing! I don’t eat meat and they were happy to accommodate me. My husband had a Greek salad with chicken that he said was good as well.“

“We enjoy eating at Ruth's Chris Steak Houses. This visit was for my birthday. We liked the private seating area that was for two. However, they sat a group of 4 young people (in their 20s) right next to us. They dressed in ratty jeans and t-shirts with graffiti. They talked and were loud the entire time. The food was very good. We normally get the filet and it's normally cooked to perfection (medium). This time it was a little over-cooked. Still delicious, but I'd like a little pink inside. They were out of brussel sprouts. We LOVE the sweet potato casserole. The Italian wine was delish. My husband also had the lobster tail and it was perfect, he said. Kendra, the waitress, was wonderful. She was very attentive. Overall, we enjoyed another dinner at Ruth's Chris. However, we will probably stick with Ponte Vedra's restaurant. Lake Mary, Florida's was a younger crowd.“
