I’ve been with this location for years and customer service and quality has been going down significantly. I’ve had multiple instances where my online food orders are not done properly (I don’t even ask for modifications). Some staff members just don’t care about prepping the food by following basic instructions. And no, I can’t ask for them to fix it because it’s a DoorDash/Uber eats order so there goes that. The service at this Wendy's is beyond slow. The employees literally just stand around joking, acting like they are not at work. The drive through always takes forever as well!!
