I am always pleased with the level of service I receive here. Everyone takes time to try to make each visit personal. What I mean is that they get to know you. You're not just a person on the other side of the counter.
Goodness! I would give 6/5 if I could! The staff here is just the absolute kindest bunch of people I have ever met! Wonderful breakfast sandwiches, topped with the best smoothies on campus, and there's not much else you could ask for. If you're feeling the mood for it, top your brunch off with a warmed cinnamon sugar bagel, they're quite lovely :)

Ordering food digitally couldn't be more difficult, even as a student!! You cannot use their app, instead, you must use a 3rd party Canadian app called Boost. The problem is, they didn't configure it correctly!The restaurant is not available to order online through the 1st party app, and the 3rd party app doesn't know that the restaurant exists!At least the staff there are nice and trying their best despite their tech department struggling.
