“We always order ahead so it’s always hot and ready when we arrive. The manager sees that we come there quite often so he’s upgraded us several times to feast meals without telling us or charging any extra money. The couple of times they we’re running late, they gave us free drinks and extra food. They are busy but they are friendly and know how to treat customers. If you have an issue, speak to them professionally and they’ll rectify it. They have tasty food at very reasonable prices and excellent customer service! We will continue to eat here as much as possible!“

You do have to make sure they get the order right so I repeat back the entire order and check any takeout orders before leaving. The quality of the chicken suffered for a short time but they are back to being one of the best rotisserie chickens in the area . Moist and well seasoned with very good sauces. I hoping they keep it up.“

“This location is absolutely efficient. When placing my order. I forgot to ask for sauces and extra napkins and they were able to accommodate me with the at the window with no interruption and flow. Customer service was on point. The greeting of the staff was absolutely on point as well. I have no complaints with this location. “This is on a college campus. They are currently doing construction so it’s difficult to find via Maps navigation. I had a security guard help me find it .If you go anytime soon .you may have to park in a church nearby parking lot and then walk to Chick-fil-A.“

“I work next door to this location and had to go over and right some wrongs that were done to mine and my coworkers meals. The manager on duty, (I do not know her name, unfortunately) on 4/11 was so quick, cordial, and kind. She obviously knows what great customer service looks like!“
