“Let me tell you something, I got a call from one of the managers, Justin a few days ago. He responded to a complaint I had about their “app“. It messed up my order and I didn’t catch it. I simply let them know that. Justin called me and told me to come in at my convenience and he was going to make it right. Even though his store did nothing wrong, he stepped up to the plate when I asked for nothing. Great job and thank you!!“
