“Exec Chef did not disappoint! We had a small wedding group on the books and had a last minute change two days before our scheduled catering which forced us to change dates due to inclement weather. (Our wedding was scheduled to take place outside). I was a complete mess and very stressed but Pat and Melody were quick to respond with a solution that alleviated our dilemma. Even though they were extremely busy they agreed to switch days last minute. And the food.. when I tell you this food was not your run of the mill, fly by night, I mean it. It was prepared with attention to detail. This wasn’t just cheap barbecue everyone serves at their wedding to save time and money. This food was literally 5 stars, we were blown away! It was high end and the customer service was excellent. You won’t regret doing business with Exec Chef. The only downfall is we live states away and cannot enjoy their food on a weekly basis. Thank you Exec Chef for making our wedding supper dream come true!“

“Update to review below: We just hosted a dinner party for 10 and hired Creative Catering to prepare the food (a plated meal) and provide a bartender and server. Chef Phil made a delicious braised beef short rib over rosemary polenta. The presentation was lovely and the food was served at the perfect temperature. Renee tended bar expertly and also took pictures of the event for us. Erin served and cleaned as the evening progressed so I had nothing to do at the end of the night but say goodnight to our guests. They took the stress out of entertaining!

So grateful for this company who did all the hard work and allowed me to enjoy my guests. The staff kept the food stocked and the spills cleaned up. They politely took empty plates from our guests hands so they didn't have to hold then while they chatted. And when they left, the house was clean! I look forward to using their services again!“
