“On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. Not busy (surprising as good as the food is!), greeted by Hannah, smiled, enthusiastic, let me know timeline since the food was made fresh, and then the crew got to work on my order. She made sure all items were in the bag, added extra sauces as asked, and utensils. Hannah is a great asset to your team!“

“Our experience was great. We ordered quickly, had no trouble finding two tables for the 7 of us, and received our food quickly. The chicken was fresh and delicious. A staff member even came around and took most of our trash when we were finished. Great experience.“

“This is the best burger place in the Clearwater area. The food is really good, and the restaurant is always clean but my favorite thing about coming to his location is the staff. Every one of them is super friendly and customer service oriented. Unlike the indifference of so many other places, they care about your dining experience. The manager, Katie, is every owner's dream employee. She sets the welcoming tone for the team. I didn't know any of these people or the owner before I started dining here, but now they greet me by my first name and make every attempt to show me they appreciate my business.“

“Ate here about a week ago. Read some really good reviews and decided to try it. I love the set up they have. Its like Subway where you can see everything, and pick what you'd like from what's there. I got the 2 entree 2 sides meal for $14. I chose the sticky/glazed chicken (cant remember what it was called exactly), grilled bourbon chicken, yellow rice, and jambalaya pasta. Thr sticky/glazed chicken was my favorite! It was sweet and just so yummy. The grilled bourbon chicken isn't something I'd had before and isn't something I would normally try, but they were handing out samples and it was really good. Moist and flavorful. The yellow rice had bits of chopped up onion in it which was fantastic. The jambalaya pasta was pretty much just spaghetti with red sauce, green bell peppers, and onions. I make something similar to it at home. Very good and was instantly my toddlers favorite. Portions were crazy huge. Picture is from after me and my 3 year old finished eating. We will definitely be back! Been thinking about it all week!“

“We had an amazing experience at your store yesterday! Our cashier,Carter was phenomenal!!!! His bright bubbly personality lit our faces with smiles! He was kind, courteous and on top of it! No sooner did we sit down and dig in, and he came right over offering us refills! Compared to the other employees (and boy were there a LOT of employees there!) slumped around the store, he was a breath of fresh air!!! I think some of the others could learn a thing or two! “If you haven't experienced the flavor of this chicken you are missing out. They have pita with homemade honey butter and great sides too. We grew up with YaYa's in Michigan and you can't find it anywhere other than here and there so consider yourself lucky and come on in.“

“Every time I spot a Pollo Tropical, I can’t help but stop in. Hands down, the best chicken in the world—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and always delicious. This visit didn’t disappoint on the food.

The only downside? The bathrooms were downright filthy. Food is a 10/10, but the cleanliness in the restrooms really needs attention.“

“I fell in love with Bojangles when I moved to Charleston, South Carolina. As crazy as it sounds, it became almost an obsession. I was extremely excited when I drove past the one in Pinellas Park as it was being built. I waited patiently and was finally able to make it over there to eat something I truly miss. I will say, I was not disappointed in the food because it is always good, it’s really 10 x better than Popeyes, but I was however upset that I couldn’t order regular chicken, just tenders. That bothered me because I am tired of tenders, you can get tenders everywhere. I was hoping to get some Spicy Thighs, but unfortunately at this location, they don’t offer it. That may be a problem for a lot of people who truly knows Bojangles, and you may be going to miss out on a lot of business from the ones who are loyal to it. Don’t get me wrong, the tenders are phenomenal, but the chicken bone in, is untouchable. I know it’s new to the area and the owner wants to probably test the water, but Please bring in the real Bojangles Menu, it will succeed, and once I reach my certain capital, I am looking to invest in the franchise myself, thank you“

“The hubby and I had KFC ordered in the other night. We used the KFC app to order and overall it was easy to navigate, find what you're looking for and place your order. (That's saying a lot these days with some other apps I'm not going to mention.)

Like most branded apps vs using third party food delivery services like Doordash or GrubHub (which they still dispatch for the delivery process) you usually have access to digital only/exclusive items that are limited time or offer a larger overall order for a better price rate.

In the KFC app we came across the Korean BBQ Chicken bowl... It's a bowl which is filled with coleslaw in the bottom, then there's fries sprinkled over along with the chunks of chicken covered in the Korean BBQ sauce and topped with pickles that are finished with a small amount of melted grated cheese.

On first glance, this screams a strange addiction or pregnancy craving combination and as wrong as it seemed, we each ordered one. They were only $5.

I was shocked. It was actually pretty good. All the flavors sort of balance/cancel each other out when too spicy or too sweet. It weirdly works and I recommend giving it a go.

Along with the experimental bowl we ordered the typical original recipe meal with sides and biscuits. It was typical KFC. Just the same as I remember since I was a kid.

It's slightly strange - the overall level of consistency in the end product resulting from little restaurants nationwide. I've had KFC in 3 other states and numerous cities within Florida and no matter where you get it, it's the good ol reliable chicken every time.

I have to give them credit for whatever process they command from the factory lines to the crowded kitchens behind the counters of the busy eateries. To have that level of familiarity and controlled quality is impressive.

Overall the meal was good and the delivery took only about 30-45 minutes during prime time dinner rush/quitting time traffic. The food arrived intact, presented as they intended when packed and was fresh as always.

Great experience and convenient call for procrastinating on cooking at home. But hey, sometimes you have a craving for something specific. Nothing wrong with that.

“Picked up wife’s friend at the St Pete Airport so stopped here for dinner. I had the Green Wrap. It was good and a bit low calorie. I used the Buffalo dipping sauce and the Pete’s hot sauce to spice it up. Wife had the Cobb salad and friend had grilled Chicken Nuggets since they are Zero points on Weight watchers. The diet Lemonade tastes as good as the regular. Employees were friendly and helpful. Good dinner.“
