I have been auto-shipping for a couple years now. POTG is the only prepared AIP option I have found when I need meals in a pinch and is pricey. I have leaky gut due to mold toxicity and a ton of food sensitivities due to that so there are very few items on the menu I can have.

As a Florida local, the food no longer comes from Florida, it was shipped from California and there are no labels on the packages (no reheating instructions, no nutritional value). I have been calling to find out if the chicken is pasture raised or organic or both, but no one answers. I haven’t eaten any meals yet, but I sure hope the quality of food hasn’t gone down with these odd changes.
I have been receiving paleo meals for several years and they are amazing! My son has autoimmune disease and leaky gut syndrome that affected his daily functionality…the diet put him back on track and can function normally…when he goes off…symptoms return…we have done several vacations and taken the meals and snacks and he enjoyed the vacation….for me….easy,no prep,cook and live healthy!!
