Top Tier Restaurant and Lounge is awesome. Had lunch there the other day and it was excellent. The steam fish was excellent with rice and peas and bami. It was very good. Service is great and the owners are terrific. The best part is they offer evening events which offer a fun great atmosphere. Top Tier is a fitting name!!!!
Trust and believe, got home, sat down at the table and ate everything. The presentation was exquisite and tasted so goooooodddddd…. I loved it 💯💯💯💯
