“Recently went here for my cousins bday. It was nice. The place reminds me a lot of Fat Tuesday, but for melanated people. lol. The food was your basic chicken wings and fries I had the margarita drink which was tasty. The staff was very friendly. I thought it was cool that the owner was not only there but interacted with the crowd. If I had one suggestion it would be to have actually plates for food instead of like food truck like containers if that makes sense.“

“Never got to try the Lake Worth location but very glad to see they relocated to Pompano. Food & service were top-notch! They have several fun specialty cocktails, or you can just stick to basics. Some of the best hummus I ever had. "The Mayor" half pound Angus burger was a pretty great size, very juicy & flavorful (devoured before me thinking to snap a pic). Sadly, I didnt get to try their tots due to their oven not working since recent power outtage issues, but will surely be back! Also, Drag Bingo was a blast and the decor is beautiful!“
“We were at American Tapas for a wedding dinner event tonight. The food was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We got to taste many things on the menu because it was an event. Each new item came out perfectly timed. Not all at once and the dishes were plentiful and delicious. There was nothing cheap about their food. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. We were served dish after dish. The wait staff were so accommodating and very friendly. This restaurant is clean, new, modern, and a great place to go for couples, friends nights out or any night to be fun and special. They have a full bar. They also have live entertainment. The gentleman at our event tonight played guitar and sang for almost a full 4 hours. How is fingers still strummed the strings and his voice didn't give out I don't know. But he was exceptional also! Overall, this is going to be my go to place and I would highly recommend it . : side note. The owner from Brazil himself is very involved in the dishes that come out and the recipies. “One word…Amazing. Visited 5 o’clock on Thursday and there was no one in the restaurant. For such a delicious restaurant it should be packed to the brink. I got a gyro while my friend got a gyro platter. All I can say is delicious. Never had such good Mediterranean food ever in my life. Highly suggest to everyone. The staff was very friendly, John was our waiter and he was amazing and smiled throughout his time with us, we had kids, and took forever to order but he was so patient. The food was good and the prices weren’t bad either. We were able to have access to the rooftop pool and the water was the perfect temperature and so inviting. We came about 2pm on Saturday and the parking area was charging $30 for up to 4 hours however Sunset Club does offer valet parking for $15, overall we enjoyed and will be returning soon this time without the kids! They have a DJ at 6 we want to go back during that time!“

First, I savor my cocktail, and then I indulge in the particularly delicious appetizers.Today; my spouse, my son, my daughter-in-law and my grandson joined me for another visit. Once again, we sat on the dock right by the water. However, I must emphasize that making a reservation a few days in advance is essential; otherwise, securing a table can be quite challenging.Happy hour drink specials are available every day between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM, and except for weekends, there are happy hour food options on weekdays. You can also visit for Sunday brunch from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, although we usually come here exclusively for dinner.As always, we ordered a variety of starters to share. The Guacamole, Spicy Sautéed Shrimp, Crab Cake, Loaded Potato Dipper and Pepperoni Flatbread were especially delightful. However, I found the Steamed Mussels somewhat mediocre and not to my taste. I got the strawberry fields and it was delicious. For food, we tried the empanadas and prime rib sliders. Both were also amazing. I don't think the food was on the HH. The regular prices are painful. I can't speak to the portion size of their entrees, but these apps were on the very pricey end for a few bites even if yummy. I wish the HH menus was on the website.“

My Steak Florentina was very rare, (ordered med rare), and to be honest had little or no seasoning, so it tasted blah................ Oh forgot, it was cold, sent back. Otherwise the food was OK. Grilled Calamari had NO taste. My 4th time there, this time I was a little disappointed. The flounder was great, cooked perfect. The Sicilian pasta with eggplant over rigatoni was wonderful. Compared to food in Madrid this place meets quality and expectations. We had: Pulpo a la gallega: amazing, but different from fried octopus but totally worth it. Patatas bravas: potato with a sauce you just try Croquetas - ham: very good a bit pricey in my opinion for croquetas but they are very good Paella mixta: reason for the 4 stars. First time I don't like it as much, missing salt and flavor, I did let them know as the other times I've been there the paella has been good Stuffed peppers: I'm not a fan but my wife loved them stuffed with fish and she claims they were amazing For any beer fans I recommend you try Estrella de Galicia. Very unique flavor and it was a fave on my visits to Spain so it's great being able to have it here Service was very very good , we were served by Richard who was very nice and attentive to everything we needed.“
