Always great service! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I love that when ordering to-go, napkins & spoons are already put in the bag. Don’t even have to ask. Also very clean and good music!

Cold Stone Creamery offers great service with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is very clean and plays good music. When ordering to-go, napkins and spoons are already put in the bag. The ice cream is the best ever. The staff is incredibly nice and always recommends different ways to make already-great combinations even better. New and interesting flavors, like the Banana Jell-O Pudding flavor, make it fun to try something different. A Founder’s Favorite can be made even tastier with a recommendation. The service, great staff, and fun flavors make this a favorite Cold Stone location. Customers come with family, and the staff serves with kindness and respect, making the day better. A DoorDash delivery order of coffee ice cream with M&Ms and chocolate shavings and a waffle chocolate cone was completely wrong, but the manager was welcoming and greeted with respect and fixed the complete order. The customer service was very good. The staff is sweet, friendly, and provides great customer service, making ice cream exactly how customers wanted it. The service is quick, and the staff has a great attitude, genuinely caring about making customers happy.
