I ordered Uber Eats and the driver picked app the wrong order. I called and the owner delivered to my house. Because they realized as soon as I called it was the wrong order. That was picked up, and they had it to my house within 10 or 15 minutes, their customer service is phenomenal.Their food is amazing.
Never had a problem, clutch chinese food.
Food was ok, I like it because they are fast but goodness the service is horrible starting what I believe is the owner she runs that place like a dictator and wile I was there the son (like 10 years old)was taking an order he was getting frustrated and then she took the call, she started screaming “OK OK I HEAR YOU, IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT” the kitchen staff look like scare and the environment feels stressful.
