I was waiting on my pizza to get cooked and as I was waiting in my car the car in front of me was broken down im assuming it over heated but desirea came right out and helped them by bringing them at least 2 jugs of water to help and got them right on their way! “I've gotten carry out from here a few times but tonight was the best experience. They were extremely busy when I stopped in around 6:45 pm.

The kitchen and staff was working like a well-oiled machine. The person that appeared to be in charge was patiently explaining things to a team member that was clearly new.

I called before going because the order wasn't going through on my app and the person that answered was extremely nice when I inquired about applying online coupons, even though they were clearly in the middle of a huge dinner rush.

“My name is Christian and my friend Billy and I went to the hungry howies at 522-B Joel Blvd and we were greeted with a friendly & comforting attitude by Lilly who was working the register. She had an extremely pleasant demeanor, explained what options we had and even though she said it would take 15 minutes for our food to be ready it was completed faster than that, so she brought our food out to us so we weren’t waiting around too long. She gave such top notch service in that short amount of time it ought to be commended, thank you so much Lily for being so outstanding. You really made the best out of a long day for us.
