“Casa Calabria is one of our favorite hidden gems in Fort lauderdale everytime we visit, but Dominic makes our visits truly special. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care makes us always feel like family from the moment we sit down. Every time we're in south Florida, this is the place we go!! Dominic goes above and beyond with every detail—perfect timing, thoughtful recommendations, and the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. Dominic turns every great dinner into a memorable night. “We had the BEST experience at Proof in Wilton Manors. From the second we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible — stylish, welcoming, and just such a fun energy. We even had the chance to meet the owner, which made it that much more special. You can truly feel the passion and pride behind this place. And let’s talk about the food. Every single thing we ordered was outstanding — beautifully presented and packed with flavor. What really impressed us was how amazing the gluten-free options are. Not just one or two safe choices — actual thoughtfully crafted dishes that feel just as indulgent and exciting as everything else on the menu. That’s rare, and it matters. If you’re in Wilton Manors, this is a must. We’re already planning our next visit.“

“We came here on a whim after seeing some good reviews and loved it! Super chill, not busy for Friday happy hour, we brought our dog and had the most relaxing evening! We ordered tuna wontons, calamari (at the recommendation of our bartender Dean—he was excellent!!), and the beef tostones. Everything was delicious!!! Delicious Paloma and skinny marg, generous wine pours—We can’t wait to come back! The fish sandwich and burrata salad also looked incredible!“

“Great happy hour and dinner experience. Very pleasant waiter handled our party of 7 well. Various offerings were ahi tuna tacos, cauliflower, Hamachi spoons, ceviche. The poppers for the table were to die for! One person had the Corvina, cooked perfectly. Great experience. Valet parking is $5.“

The true highlight of our visit was Juan Rozo, who has been behind the bar for 26 years—and it shows. Juan is an absolute master of his craft. His knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and flavor profiles is second to none. Every drink he made was flawless, and his recommendations were spot-on. He’s not just a bartender—he’s a true mixology guru.
Beyond his incredible talent, Juan’s warm personality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests from the moment we sat down. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about what they do after so many years, and his dedication shines through in every interaction.

“It’s rare that I give 5 stars to a restaurant, but here it is. Obviously it’s not high end, but it is an awesome casual-chic Mexican restaurant (especially for a franchise). Taco Tuesday is definitely the best time to go to take advantage of the specials.
I will say that the trio I ordered (chips with salsa, queso and guacamole) was a little pricey for what it was, but everything else was a great value. Shoutout to Tyler who provided the best service ever and Steve the GM who checked in on my group. Will definitely be back!

Sherbear and Kelly in the afternoon. Trace and Tim at night will ensure your favorite sports are on one of the 8 TV's.“
