“Ordered two pizzas on Halloween night, the place was packed but they did a great job of organizing themselves and getting out a hot good pizza there. The staff was under a lot of pressure that night but still were friendly and engaging. The place was set up for dining in but really not a place you want to eat there. Great place to order a good pizza.“

“Great Food here in Brandon Like you never left NEW YORK! This is my favorite Italian Restaurant in Florida. It first has a wonderful ambience classy and romantic. I tried it with clients. Since then my wife and I have been going back ever since. The food is Amazing their Red Sauce is perfect could not be better. Their Chicken Parm is some of the best. Their Alla Vodka one of the best in Florida and they are always making memorable specials that you will be using bread to soak up the last drop. Great appetizers like the Carozza will tease your palate for more and more yummy goodness. A slice of delicious Limoncello cake and a cup of espresso is the perfect way to end a fantastic dinner out. The setting is perfect not to big “you feel you are in a subway station but not to small that you are eating dinner on the other table's lap.” It has a romantic and calming décor. Every other Wednesday they have live music. The wait staff is attentive, professional, playful, and friendly. Vito the manager and his nice wife are the best. They are from New York owned restaurants in New York they know how to make great food.“

“Poppa’s Italian Factory is a fantastic place! The food is amazing, freshly prepared, & fast! Donna & Ken are super-sweet & treat you like family! I’m a huge fan of their eggplant parmesan & the desserts are all delicious—especially the Italian pistachio cake! They recently made a big box of Italian cookies for an event to support Hope Services & it was a huge hit!

“Great casual Italian spot, highly recommend the Bang Bang chicken sandwich. The chicken parmesan pizza has also been great when I have tried it. My partner’s favorite thing to get is always the Strawberry Walnut salad, she loves that dish as well.

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“Me and my family love ordering from here! We always get the very huge Calzones! And the Philly cheese steak sandwiches! Also the salads are pretty good too! Food is always ready on time, no wait! We order anytime between 3pm -6pm on usually busy days, never had to wait. Was always ready at pickup time and usually ready earlier that the pickup time! and also very fresh/hot! Today they gave us a free platter of cinnamon bites, that the guy said were new to the menu! Those were really good too! We have ordered several times now and the team members are always very nice and welcoming! Very clean inside! Im guessing older bad reviews are from older management. Because we have never had a problem with our 10+ orders so far! Definitely give this place a try! :) A++“
