“Alina has such a sweet spirit. I was having a difficult week. She mentioned she had a hectic day. But you would never know it by her mannerisms and kindness in helping me with my order. In addition to great freshly baked bagels in-house, they also make their own cream cheese. And, those MUFFINS!! Oh my! My family is going to so appreciate these goodies. “I wish there was one closer to home. This one is almost 40 minutes away but we're in the area once a month so we stop in whenever we're nearby. The drink options are many and the fact that you can customize your drink is a huge draw for us. We order from the app so that its ready when we arrive. And you can get whole bean there as well. If they ever come to Riverview we'll be there almost daily. The staff is super friendly and quick with the orders.“

“We were in the neighborhood, and looking for a place to get a bagel and coffee for breakfast/lunch, and Einsteins USF came to mind, since we had a few doctors appointment there in the past. I cannot praise the staff the food and the atmosphere enough. The bagels we had were delicious and fresh, the staff was kind and knowledgeable about their products, the place was clean as a whistle(an old expression for very clean) and believe it or not, us having breakfast at a medical facility was a great idea for us.. Looking forward to returning again, but not for any tests, just good food and great service.“

“I have been waiting for this store to open & I am a bit disappointed. I go in today & you don't carry egg bagels, no ice coffee (only cold brew) & there is no seating. The plain bagel that I had could really be cooked some more, very light & pale, which makes it rubbery.

“Just had my first visit to Einstein, and wow!
Shea is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell right away that she loves what she does, there’s such a positive energy about her, and it instantly made the place feel inviting and comfortable.

I wasn’t sure what to order, but Shea helped guide me through the options with patience and enthusiasm. I ended up with one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was smooth, perfectly balanced, and just hit the spot. You can really taste the care and expertise in every sip.
It’s rare to have such a great experience on a first visit, but this one left a lasting impression. Between the outstanding coffee and Shea’s incredible service, I can already tell this won’t be my last stop here. Can’t wait to come back!“
