Such an amazing high quality sushi spot. The freshest sushi I’ve ever had. The owner Icy is very friendly and has accommodated my family and I by making us a custom sushi roll. I can’t wait to come back!
I asked if they could make me a custom sushi roll with seaweed wrap instead of rice and they were very happy too! The roll was totally delicious.

Binchō-Tan Bistro is a high quality sushi spot. The sushi is the freshest, and the owner cares about quality over quantity, taking a huge amount of pride in delivering quality and freshness. The presentation is stellar, and the food is beautiful and tasty. The owner is friendly and has accommodated a family by making a custom sushi roll. The food, service, and decor are excellent. The waiter was very polite and attentive. The interior is beautiful and clean, with a great atmosphere. The food is phenomenal, including the ornament roll and the volcano roll. The plating is gorgeous, and even the silverware and dinnerware is perfect. It is a hidden gem and worth the drive. The whole experience is wonderful. The staff are attentive, and the food is fresh, delicious, and presented in true Asian flair. A roll from a different sushi restaurant not listed on the menu can be mentioned to the server, and they will make it. They go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. This may be a new favorite local sushi place. The dining experience includes an impressive Lego building collection, including the Harry Potter castle. The menu is extensive with lots of options, even a great kids menu selection. The server is one of the best, so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and options. Every employee is warm, polite, and helpful. The sushi rolls, grilled chicken thighs, filet mignon, chicken app, and noodles are amazing. For the food, dining experience, and excellent service, guests will definitely be back.
