ordered 3 milkshakes, 1 small, 2 medium. got the small one at the window at the drive thru and was asked to drive forward (no other cars in line) waited 5 mins and finally got the 2 medium shakes, 1 was missing 1/4 of the contents in the cup. when I asked why one was not full to the top like the other one, the employee Paul said they are short on ice cream and that it is what it is. we then asked for a manager and apparently this location as no managers on duty at this time of...read full review
Horrible experience at SR-54 in Lutz this morning. The rudest boy at the window. I couldn’t believe how short and rude he was with me when I asked for crispy hash browns. I’ll never go back to that location. Yuck.
