“Cozy and family friendly dining area with the option of outdoor seating when the weather permits! I often order my food and carry out since I work in the mall, regardless the food is reasonably priced and great quality! My favorite is the Take Two; having the Caesar Salad and Cheesy Bread! I finally got the chance to dine in today with my family and the staff was so kind and helpful🤍“

“Stopped in with my son pretty late, maybe 15–20 minutes before closing, and asked if it was too late to order. The staff was super welcoming and didn’t make us feel like we were a hassle at all. Honestly, I would’ve understood if they said no since it was so close to closing time, but instead they were friendly, professional, and made us feel at home. Pizza came out great too. Really appreciate the attitude and customer service here, it makes all the difference.“

“I have traveled for work for six years and tried pad Thai everywhere I go I’m very picky and am my opinion 80% of pad Thai is not great to say the least. After working in Tampa on an off for a couple years I can say this is the best pad I have found in the area. I’m sure there are others that can hang but in my opinion when it comes to pad Thai is doesn’t get much better .“

“First time at CAVA and I was very pleased. I don’t consume seed oils, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my request by cooking my steak and vegetables with NO oils🥹. “Delicious!! Family of 4 so we had subs, pizza, garlic knots, stromboli and Spaghetti. Service was great and very friendly people. Food was spot on. Facility is clean and AC was working great on a 93° day after the beach. Will visit again on our next vacation ☺️“

“This was such a fun new designed ChkfilA. 3 drive thru lanes one solely for Mobile orders. Jeronimo was very informative and helped me to decide if I wanted to try the new Cherry Berry and it was so good! We went late evening after leaving the ER they do close at 10pm now. They have walk up windows and outside tables and lots of lot parking. Cute little place! 5 star!“

“The staff and the pizza are great. Just don’t try to use their website to order. It took over twenty (20) minutes and finally I had to switch browsers to order pizza. Then it forgot which location I had set as my favorite, even though I have an account , and defaulted to a store that was miles away, whose street name is almost identical to my favorite, Northdale vs North Dale Mabry.

If you *don’t* use Safari the website seems to work well. I had to use Firefox and now I use the app.
The pizza is tasty either way.
They were about 15 minutes this late last time but they were very apologetic and nice about it. They seemed short staffed and I don’t think it was the fault of the staff that were working that night. They are very busy on Tuesday and there were four people waiting in the store for pickup plus a couple of delivery people walking in and out all the time.
The people in my group love the pizza and I don’t think I could change vendors at this point if I wanted.
We used to order from another chain and the quality was inconsistent.
New information:
Ironically, that website doesn't allow me to complete my survey on my iPhone. I'll try it on my Mac. I like the pizza it's tasty. We buy it for our study group and they absolutely love the pizza.
I like the people at my store, on N. Dale Mabry, they're wonderful. Please make your website just fractionally as good as your pizza and your service, at least good enough for me to use it to order pizza.
I'll still order the pizza even if I have to phone it in. The people in my group would be disappointed if I ordered elsewhere.“

“It's always a pleasure to visit this location in Lutz! Food is served hot and quality is excellent. They have no problem substituting fresh fruit instead of fries. My favorite location!
