“Staff refused to accept $3.99 six piece tossed and sauced promotion that ran 9/15-9/17. I went through the drive-through at 5:35 local time. They treated me like I was completely wasting their time even though this was a National Promotion. I showed them the ad and they still refused to process the order. They didn't bother to ask if they could help me in any other way and made me look like a fool in front of other customers.

Update: manager contacted me to make it right and invited me in for another meal. Food was fresh and came out fast, restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly. I'm not sure what happened the first time but the Sunday afternoon crew knocked it out of the park!“

“I love Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and this location is not much different than any others. I have to constantly check my orders because they throw whatever they want in the boxes. I used to work for a Popeyes when I was 15 and I know how hard corporate pushes, but for a place that throws away as much food as they do, “bonus pieces” shouldn’t be a thing of the past. I swear it’s like pulling teeth to try and get your order corrected if you don’t do it in the drive-thru before you leave the window. Other than that… people are kind, food is always great, and the location is convenient. The parking is terrible here and the drive-thru is snug if you have a big rig or big truck. I do recall a place you could park if you do have a big rig and are coming in from HWY 231 from a drive. Prices aren’t bad for what you get here either.“

“Decided to try the "2 wraps for $5" I tried one of each wrap, "The Classic" and "The Spicy", both were very good for the price point. Definitely would prefer these again. The only thing lacking was the service in Drive Thru as I had a long wait at the speaker before getting to the window. Window service was fast and very friendly.“

“I already love Slim chickens and it's one of my favorite places to go for a quick dinner, but tonight the two girls with the window were just so sweet, give me exactly what I asked for in regards to extras like sauces and were just both so cute and kind. I hope they have a great night and I hope they enjoyed the sunset 🩵“

“I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service“

“The one in Panama City beach who delivered with Uber.., If this is the place the Chicken was burned or old it was horrible.. The fish had an ammonia smell like to it.. The rice jambalaya was very dry. Shrimp was sweet..not as in good..I do not advise you to go unless you are there to see them cook fresh ingredients.. I've ordered before a couple of times but it is a hit or miss....I love their chicken livers and gizzards so I'm giving it 5 stars..Ask them for the times they make their chicken.“
