“Clean and classic looking bar. Plenty of comfortable seating at the bar. The bathrooms are clean and working. Minimal menu; the hot dogs are good. All drinks, which there are endless choices, are priced more than fair for todays’ world. There are enough TVs strategically placed , with a pool table and other available games. Kelly provided professional customer service. She was working the bar alone but still gave ALL equal time. I suggest you go and get happy.“

Our server, Leah, greeted us, and we ordered beverages and an appetizer. I knew what I wanted right away, while my daughter took a bit longer and chose the lasagna. When the food arrived, the generous portions impressed us. Both of our meals were delicious. I mentioned to the server that it was my daughter's birthday. The head chef also checked in to see if everything was good. Bruce, who was fantastic, surprised my daughter with a big slice of chocolate cake and sang Happy Birthday with the crew. Great job! Accessible tables and high top ranked as well as bar seating and accessible out door seating.“

“My friend and I had a lovely girls trip to Hotel Zamora. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and most of the staff were very friendly.

A few hiccups:

Check-in: We arrived early and were told we’d be called when the room was ready, but didn’t hear back until around 5 PM, after the pool bartender had checked in to learn the room still wasn’t ready at 4:30. We appreciated the drink and food vouchers, but clearer communication (especially about off-site linens causing delays) would have helped.

The room: Beautiful, but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, I left with a sore back.

The staff: Overall wonderful - Maryann, Corey, and Franck stood out. However, one interaction with management felt unprofessional, as they spoke negatively about an employee to us whom we were trying to compliment.

The pool bar: This should be open at least some days during the week, the pool was busy and we would’ve spent more there. Calling upstairs for drinks is uncomfortable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but see room for improvement.“
