Boot Key Bar & Grill is a resort-like destination offering comfortable rooms with amenities such as kitchenettes and living room areas. The resort is currently undergoing some remodeling and hurricane repairs. Rooms are equipped with big comfortable beds and have plenty of hot water and adequate water pressure.
The Blu Blistro food place serves delicious tacos and key lime pie. The pool area is warm and inviting. The resort offers excellent customer service, with friendly staff providing free use of chairs, beach umbrellas, and kayaks.
There are some areas for improvement, such as providing ice machines, sundries, and snacks for sale at the front desk, fixing non-functioning outlets, and improving the towel racks. Some staff members could improve their attitude towards guests.
