Su’s Garden catered a dinner dance for our group at Silver Lakes RV and Golf resort on Feb, 9 2019 for our Chinese New Years’ celebration. They provided food for 180 of us at the event. The food was fresh, hot, delicious and plentiful.Not only did we have enough food, many people were able to go back for seconds and even thirds. Delicious food and very attentive servers. Under new management, this restaurant should do well. Everyone who served us were very friendly and professional. They ensured we had what we needed. And Leo was very patient with us; he answered all our questions and responded to our needs quickly. We had some of the traditional dishes, but they also have many sushi offerings. We plan to visit again when we are in the area.
We had excellent takeout out there and also sitting at the bar having sushi. The waiter was extra friendly accommodating, and the staff very friendly.
Su's Garden Chinese Restaurant, now known as KJ's Sushi and Asian Bistro, offers a variety of dishes with attentive service. The restaurant has new management and decor, and a new Asian garden outside. Traditional dishes, sushi, and unique offerings like sushi donuts are available. The presentation of the plates is attractive with fruit and vegetable carvings. The Kung Pao Chicken, Egg FooYung, Subgum, fried rice, and Mooshu Pork have been praised, but the Honey Shrimp dish with its breading and small shrimps has received negative feedback. The service is generally attentive, with staff quickly responding to needs and kindly offering separate checks. The tea and hot food are noted to be tasty, but the temperature of the tea may vary.
