“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

“Cute little spot off of federal hwy. If you’re looking for authentic taste this is the spot, the best Thai curry I’ve had so far. The service was great, our drinks and food came out really fast. I love how entering into the restaurant transports you, overall great atmosphere and even better food.“

“Sushi House in Boca is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot whether you’re stopping in for a casual bite or a relaxed night out.
The sushi is always fresh and beautifully prepared, but what really sets this place apart is the rest of the menu. The chicken teriyaki is incredibly flavorful, and the wagyu dumplings are honestly out of this world an absolute must-try.
One of the coolest touches is the sushi boat setup at the bar. Small plates glide by on little boats, and you can just grab whatever catches your eye. It’s a fun, unique experience that makes dining here even more enjoyable.

“Love the food here. Something different and fresh in fort lauderdale. My only complaint would be be the service. looks like people
are getting decent table service but i sat at the bar on a sunday night, restaurant was 1/2 full. 2 other parties at the bar. It took10 minutes to get acknowledged. i don’t even think there was a bartender. Looked like all the waiters were making specialty drinks and the lady behind the bar
was also spending 10 minutes at service bar. finally someone came out from the coffee station to take my order. He was nice enough but i could tell he was weeded. food came and it was delicious nobody checked on me, nobody asked if i wanted another drink. anyways my suggestion would be to staff you bar better as i usually go to bar to get better service but this was not a great service experience. Maybe someone called? staff
was working hard, did not see a manager on floor. which i also found curious.

“I have been disappointed in the establishments that filled the old Chopsticks location. But the recently opened Asian Star was a completely pleasant surprise. The food is so very tasty, tried the Orange Chicken, was amazing. The price was quite reasonable, the portion enough for a meal and a lunch. Great place.“

“First time visit for lunch today with friends, and we were all pleasantly surprised with the extremely clean, aesthetic design, and friendly, eager staff. Order at the register and build your bowl with tons of fresh ingredients. The staff even offered to cook my salmon after discovering it was typically served as sushi-grade salmon, raw from the bar. The Asaba Aioli was a nice combo of sweet and spicy, and the freshly brewed fruit teas are truly a treat with a sample-tasting bar set up at the counter. We will be back. #highlyrecommend.“

“My mom took me to get sea food boils and i cant lie it was actually really good. The chicken wings are so different i don’t think i have ever had chicken wings like theirs no bc like they actually had a crunch to them and they are so perfectly golden like what! I should have taken a picture but i forgot. I really liked the sauce for their seafood boils its flavorful but not where its super salty. I am 100% asking my mom to take me again. If you have teens that want to experience eating sea food boils go to Jade Flower.“

“My second time visiting this place and my experience was excellent.

The chicken teriyaki was amazing, I asked the chef if I could buy that sauce but he said he makes it daily himself and doesn’t sell it but if I wanted he could give me some to take with me.

The dumplings were great as well.

But the most AMAZING was the Curry Ramen, this is as authentic as it gets, definitely recommend it for lunch and/or dinner.

The place was a little busy so they gave us come wings on the house for the delay.

All in all the whole experience was pleasant and the food super yummy.“

“I have been ordering Chinese from this place for over 10 years since we moved to the area. They’re always are so respectful, and always consistent on how good the food and service is. Never forgets anything in our order.. I’ve read other reviews and I don’t know or want to discredit their experience but ours has been wonderful for 10 years.“

I just feel like they should add eggs in their fried rice and not make it an up charge, not only that they use a different type of Soy sauce so when you get the soy sauce, it’s not the common one that you always see at Chinese restaurants , the soy sauce they have is nasty. I hated it. The brand is Day Pal soy sauce. And it’s nasty. I think they should get the soy sauce at every other Chinese restaurant uses. Another thing that I did not like about this restaurant once you put in your order, they hang up on you. They don’t even say thank you or anything you put in your order they ask you if that’s all and once you say yes they hang up in your face.. that’s a really, really rude. I didn’t like that.“
