She could not have been any better. Had everything we needed and the food was outstanding. I called and spoke to Jorge and told him how pleased we were. People are so quick to complain so Kim & I decided to tell them how happy we were with start to finish. Gators Dockside has always been my favorite restaurant, and it’s still my favorite restaurant. “While visiting this area we decided to try a local breakfast place, are we glad we did!!! Paula R. was our server and she was VERY friendly and helpful even in helping us choose our breakfast and giving us her imput on toppings and condiments. She was very professional! The food was EXCELLENT!!!! I the omelet I nhad smothered in sausage gravy was wonderful as was the pancakes! This was one of the best tasting breakfast and service we have had in a very long time. That is the first time we have encountered that in Florida. “I love this place! Melissa is the BEST bartender! She's always consistent and so friendly!! The cooks are great as well, very friendly and quick! Julie on the other hand is in la la land (doesn't know/want to know how to cook the food, doesn't know the menu and takes forever to get your drink order... when I see her working we don't stay for very long)

I wish the food/menu could be improved. Half of the stuff on the menu isn't available and and there is no cook during the day so I've had to leave several times when a bartender doesn't know how to cook. It would be nice if they had more food options (I know the kitchen is small but I love this place and wish there was more effort put into it)

It's also very irritating that me and my husband come here weekly after work to play pool and both tables are taken up by the league almost every single time we come for hours at a time. I wish they would take the league to another establishment so other people have the chance to play. I would definitely stay there longer if I knew I could play pool.

“I found 5 Hungry Howie's boxes of rotten food on my front door step that they delivered to the wrong house from a day ago. There was ants and flies and food all over. I called the store and the manager said there is nothing she can do for me and she would have the owner call. The owner never called. So after calling back 5 hours later the owner says clean your mess up and don't call back and hung up the phone. Don't deal with this business and rude owner. There are plenty of good family run restaurants in Brooksville.“

“They called me prior to let me know they don’t make the brisket hash anymore but they’d be happy to make it for me this one time. It’s very unfortunate that they don’t make the brisket hash anymore because it was so delicious.
