They do make it very hard to choose between the curly fries and the potato cakes and I have to admit that I go back-and-forth every time I visit.

Service, at this location was very good. They handled customers very, very quickly. When I first pulled up I was worried at how long the line was but they soon alleviated my fears.

It is nice to see that Arby's is adding new locations to their chain. Several have popped up around where I live over the past year or two.“

“Arby's, 2300 West New Haven Avenue, West Melbourne, Florida - 4- Stars (Fast Food Rating) Sometimes you just don't have time for a sit-down meal, and you are sick of burgers. One fast food place that occasionally gets overlooked is Arby's. It was founded back in 1964, but what blows my preconceived notions is how Arby's seems to have suddenly become an alternate fast-food (or as Arby's likes to refer to itself, Fast Crafted ®) reality alt fast. Claiming to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant in the world with over 3,500 locations in nine countries, the menu is no longer just roast beef. In fact, Arby's states that it "celebrates the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative crave-able sides." Indeed, the menu has expanded greatly. There is a full menu of what appears to be healthier options as well as a wide range of cheat foods. This is not your grandmothers Arby's. Robin is the counter help. She is a wizened veteran of the restaurant business and has an amazing personality for the level she is working here. This must reflect the Arby's Restaurant Group's stated brand purpose of Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences ™. I am not making this up. Robin even went out to the dining room to ask customers how their food tasted. WHAT? Imagine them doing THAT at the Golden Arches! I ordered the Classic Roast Beef--the standard Arby's throwback--although I had a choice of twelve different Slow Roasted Beef items. Tasty morsels of processed beef product with the accurate flavoring. Next, I tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon, which had fresh lettuce and tomato and looked and tasted good. Currently, due to a turkey shortage, you can only get this sandwich in one of their stores, not online. Last, an order of the Crinkle Fries (although the Curly Fries looked good too). These fries were cooked right, not over or under fried. The Big Boy says, "Take a break from Mickey D's and give Arby's a shot."“

“Ordered a sub through the Jersey mikes app and it was subcontracted to DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sub never made it to me. The doordasher had an incorrect address on his end, so he delivered the sub to the wrong address. I texted asking if it was delivered (doing no-contact deliveries due to COVID-19) and he said yes. I hadn’t received it and that’s when he realized he had a different address. He drove back to the house he delivered it to, but the homeowner had already eaten it. He let me know what happened and spoke with DoorDash about it but I never heard back from him or from DoorDash about a refund or another sub. Called Jersey Mikes on Palm Bay road and had the pleasure of speaking to Megan, one of the owners. She refunded me my money, and had Douglas, after he got off work, deliver a new sub to my door with 2 cookies! Thank you so much for fixing a mistake that wasn’t made on your end! As someone who works long hours at the hospital during this crazy time, I truly appreciate you guys going above and beyond to make a customer happy!“

“Went to this Wendy's with three of my other friends on the night before Thanksgiving at about 8:00 p.m., the manager on duty was the most professional, generous, engaging manager I've ever had the chance to be serviced by, the staff was exceptional. When we showed up the system was down but the staff was so amazing that we stuck around and hung out until the system came back up and we were able to order food. Whoever is in charge of paying the staff for this night shift definitely needs to consider raises for everyone who was on staff that night, because service that amazing should never go unrewarded.“

“Mostly good food for the taste buds to enjoy while you relax and have a nice conversation with your partner or just take a break from your normal day. Watch the cars go by or daydream as you appreciate the flavor of your sub. My vide likes the philly cheese but I enjoy the veggie sub with chips. And then the line preps will make you feel bad for not SAYING 6 soft and 6 crunchy even though thats exactly what the party pack description says on the digital display. Eau Gallie Blvd., Indian Harbor Beach, FL 32937 You 4 Stars (chain restaurant review) Instead of going for a quick Burger or Taco, why not mix it up a bit and head over to your local KKC and change up the routine? Yes, I said KKC, not KFC. The one my random name generator directed me to in Indian Harbor Beach, FL, is 1 of over 2,700 locations across 47 of these United States and some in Malaysia and American Samoa, mainly in convenience stores and gas stations. This one beachside is super clean and, well, beachside. As I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted by Ryan. He is the counter specialist and cook as well. Ryan has a fetching personality and was exceedingly helpful as we placed our order. I ordered some Honey Biscuits, Fried Shrimp, Fried Fish and some Cajun Chicken Tenders. Ryan excused himself to the kitchen while we sat and snapped a few pictures of the place. As I said, it is clean enough to pass any white glove test. I thought it would be nice if the tables had a virginal to pass the time when Ryan indicated our order was up. If a place is advertising hand-breaded chicken, their biscuits better not be the Sysco plug-n-play variety and these weren't. They were obviously made to order and outstanding on the palate. Baked to a perfect golden brown, these were warm, flaky and drizzled in honey. I would rate the biscuits at 4.5 Stars and these are worth the trip all by themselves. They would also make a great after-school/work/errand snack. Next, I took a sampling of the Fried Shrimp. This was nothing to write home about but nothing to scoff at either. The shrimp were of a good size and deep fried to a pleasing color, just missing a little "oomph" to push them over a slightly above-average rating of 3 Stars. Moving on, I set my peepers on the Fried Fish. If the Fried Shrimp was slightly above average, the Fried Fish was slightly below. The Fish had an ever so light fishy taste and as we all know, it shouldn't. The Fried Fish, by itself, would have a meager 2-star rating. This brings me to the final item in my order, the Cajun Chicken Tenders. I went with the 6 PCs, which is a good thing I did as they weren't long for the table! How could you go wrong with hand-breaded breast tenders in a savory coating with tasty dipping sauces? The Tenders were deep fried to a model color and doneness that would make Gordon Ramsay say, "Now, that's an Effin' chicken tender!" If I were just rating the Tenders, this would be a 4.5 Star review all day, every day. As it is, I'm sticking with the 4 Star until they get fresher fish. The Big Boy says, "You know you want some, so just give in and go."“
