“I’m in this location at least one day a week. The problem that I have with this location is one particular employee in his name is JAIR. I have no other choice but it stop coming to this location and going down to West Haven. I really hate this because this one’s like five minutes from my house this employee does Burger King a disservice. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. It is as if we are troubling him to ask if we can get some ketchup. The list could go on and on just in the past month I have had four bad experiences with this one gentleman the food is always exceptionally great here but they need to lock him in the back cooking and never allow him to interact with customers ever again.“

“We had their special dinner for two…a full slab of bbq ribs,fall off the bone tender ,with four sides and it even included an appetizer, salad , or dessert. We chose the dessert, hot donuts with dipping sauces. Service was great, food was delicious, very enjoyable meal.“

“My husband and I “discovered” bahn mi this year while visiting California. We’ve tried it at about six or more places since from coast to coast and even up in Western New York. We were over at HomeGoods last night and came across Paris Bahn Mi by accident. We ordered the pork bahn mi and the combination pho. The sandwich may have been our favorite bahn mi so far! The bread was super fresh and the amount of pork was exceptional, flavors were excellent. Be aware that the jalapeños were not playing! 🥵 The pho was also very good!“

“It's a family friendly place . The food is amazing and Brielle are waitress was friendly and has a great sense of humor. I had my wife looking for a pine float on the menu and she couldn't find it so I got up and got a toothpick. Then she got to enjoy her first pine float . We spoke with Mrs. Jane who works here and has been at many of the friendly's locations. She is one of the nicest lady's we spoke to all day . And one other thing this place is 1000 time's better than steak & shake . They don't have waitresses and you have to order your food from some stupid kiosk machines. So in all it's a two thumbs up for friendly's . From my Wife and I . Happy wife happy life . Anyway they have amazing deserts to.“

“The attendance was a good time but the silver ware has to be replaced with new ones cause the ones that we had today were so badly used and had blemishes in the forks and the knife and they look very old other than that the service was absolutely amazing especially with the servant .“

“I went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago to try the new fries (which are delicious)! I was also impressed by how pleasant the team members were. Tonight, my husband and I grabbed a quick bite and ate in the dining room. It’s been ages since we had been inside a Steak ‘n Shake…the nostalgia was still there, but modernized with the new ordering kiosks. It was also incredibly clean and the team were working hard to keep it that way. Our double steak burgers (no buns) were cooked perfectly, vegetables were fresh and plentiful, and the fries were on point again. So happy to see that Steak ‘n Shake is innovating and stepping up their game! We’ll definitely be back!“
