I’ve now been to this location 3-4 times and every experience has been just as great and professional as my last experience. Bo was my server (I think for all 3/4 times I went) and she was so sweet, so professional, so kind, and also quick…even knew when to interject or not to interject.
Great product, wonderful food and exceptional service. Thank you Bo and Umami for creating such a pleasant experience :)

Umami Restaurant and Sushi Bar is hands down one of the best sushi spots. The food is the absolute best Japanese food in Brevard, with incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and flavorful dishes. The fish melts in your mouth, showcasing top quality. The specialty rolls are creative and the classics are executed perfectly. Dishes like the Wagyu, Toro, Otoro Tartare, chefs choice sashimi, Bulgogi Beef, steak, and Gyoza are all tender and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is clean and inviting with a great energy. The staff is attentive and kind, providing great service and making guests feel like family. Both the dine-in experience and the take out are consistently perfect. It is quite simply the best sushi anywhere, highly recommended to everyone.
