“Needed to find a good place for breakfast which included BEC and bagels. Came across this establishment and I'm glad we did. This place serves awesome breakfast sandwiches which is also complemented by wonderful staff. Thumbs up and must try if you're in the area and craving a good and fast breakfast. Will be back next time.“
“First, this is a family owned local business which I fully support as a small business owner myself. Next, the owner Lisa is a friendly, generous, kind lady and I wish her and the famiglia the best of luck in business here in Viera. Her team also makes the best bagels I’ve ever had. Their Poppyseed Kaiser rolls are also delectable! We drove all the way from North Merritt Island to get their bagels and were not disappointed! Try them yourselves! You will see! Yvonne and Wayne“

“A solid 15 stars worthy review. The staff was so nice they were polite and accommodating the decors was eye catching the food tastes great and on top of that the owners gave us free bagels I’m definitely bringing my boys back to this place and I’ll tell the whole community how amazing this place is if I could give this place more than 15 stars I would be give a hundred stars review.“

“No issues with paying astronomical price, for that which is agreed upon. However, nearly $9 later, for an everything bagel, butter, cream cheese and an OUNCE of lox? An ounce of lox. Twice asked if a 2nd ounce was desired. Not if an ounce of lox is given. Nope! Not even 7 grams of lox. Did not even cover 3/4 of the bagel. A digital scale for the fun of it….. Could be felt as rather disappointing. However, non the less, a facade. Becoming the common practice of franchises to mislead, give less, charge more and give no regard. 1st, last and only encounter with Einstein Bro Bagels. Enjoy the success. Xoxoxoxo“
