“Great place for a beer, calm atmosphere is a nice escape from the fast pace of life on the space coast. I was excited to get a pumpkin head beer at a reasonable price. The bartender was from Maine which was a pleasantly surprise. We felt very welcome and played several games or pool.“

“Dark and cold. Like a cave. The way a dive bar should be. Way more locals than tourists, which is almost always a good thing. Full bar, TVs (mostly tuned to Fox News), and plenty of bar games (darts, billards, etc). Awesome back porch and awesomer backyard, complete with an outdoor stage for live music.“

“Very casual vibe to the place. We sat at the bar. I was super excited to see Buzztime trivia. The servers were attentive yet not overly in your face. I got the buffalo wings and my goodness they were lit!🔥 The smoke flavor combined with the sauce was incredible. Yes, they actually smoke meat. Had a great chat with one of the owners, he was very personable and his excitement for what he’s doing was apparent. Husband really enjoyed the brisket pizza. To make the evening even more special, we decided to sample the Baller whiskey. It may not be a traditional Japanese whiskey, it is beautifully Japanese-inspired and aged in authentic Japanese casks. This unique finishing process imparted a smoothness and complexity that was simply divine. Each sip felt like a mini celebration, and we enjoyed the playful garnish of eyes added by the staff, whimsically scattered around the bar, adding a touch of fun to the experience.

As the night wore on, we found ourselves completely immersed in the atmosphere of the bar, the laughter, the music, and the exquisite drinks all combined to create an unforgettable experience. We left Tropics Cocktail Bar with big smiles on our faces and memories etched in our minds, feeling grateful for the wonderful staff, especially Nicole, who made our evening so memorable.
