The food is the main draw, with a sumptuous burratta and lobster linguine being standout dishes. The Sicilian pistachio ice cream is a must-try, with two serving sizes available, and the smaller one being more than enough for two to share.
The service at Casa Tua is excellent, with a number of welcoming professional receptionists and a main server, Davide, who is described as professional, amusing, and witty. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including a baked turbot special, tuna tartare special, Branzino fish, and Faroe Island Salmon, all of which are perfectly cooked and of high-quality.
The restaurant is a little reminiscent of a Cipriani restaurant with similar high-prices, but it delivers in terms of service, atmosphere, and food. The outside dining areas are inviting and beautiful, with color photographs of dogs, family scenes, and art on the walls, creating a homely and comfortable atmosphere.
The wine list is excellent, although it is a little expensive, but it offers a great selection of wines, including Salon champagne and Chateau Ypres, which are signs of a serious restaurant. Overall, Casa Tua Hotel is a great dining experience, with top-tiered ingredients, unique cocktails, and freshly made pasta that comes very close to feeling like you're in Italy.
