A small bar I nthe lobby of the One Hotel that could be overshadowed by ambiance if it weren't for how epicly good the drinks are.
I specifically came here for the first time purely for the Holy Mole, an espresso infused next level riff on a Oaxacan old fashioned, and it did not disappoint. If you like old fashioneds and coffee, this will be one of the best drinks you can have. On a more recent trip I also had the Forest Bond which was excellent.

Lovely decor and service! Lots of delicious and sophisticated drink options including non-alcoholic mocktails!
If you want to grab a light bite with a great cocktail , perfect place to catch up and meet some friends , Drift at 1 Hotel has great offers and friendly staff , Halie was super nice and make the best cocktails .

Drift is a charming bar and restaurant that offers an incredible ambiance and atmosphere. The service is exceptional, with the server Jailyn praised for her sweetness, efficiency, and charismatic energy. The drinks are impeccable, and the food, including the Wagyu burger and truffle fries, is highly praised. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with a burger and wings on the menu. Visitors staying at the hotel have enjoyed the fresh and crispy empanadas, paired with a delicious chimichurri sauce, as well as well-crafted cocktails. The staff puts a lot of effort and care into their work, making Drift a great spot to visit. The vibe is very chill, and the drinks are amazing, with friendly staff like Edgar who make the experience even better. Despite some loud customers, the hotel staff handled the situation well, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Drift at the 1 Hotel Miami is a wonderful place for drinks, bites, and good service.
