Nice little place within the hotel. Had a selection of their small dishes after a long day when we did not feel like getting the car and leaving the hotel again. Service was great and the dishes were very good. Had a cuban sandwich, some wings, a salad and my first taste of Mountain Dew!Parking: Excellent Valet service from the hotel

Gin + Collins is a great place to lounge and grab a bite or a drink. Especially if you’re staying at the hotel. Food menu has a nice selection and there’s an extensive drink menu. More of a lounge and bar than a sit down restaurant. There’s even a pool table.
