Pilar Latin Food is a charming, family-owned spot in South Beach. The restaurant feels personal and welcoming. The food is delicious and has an authentic, homemade taste. The presentation is great, and the meals are paired beautifully. The fried whole fish is crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the mango papaya shake is creamy and refreshing.
