Room 55 Speakeasy & Rooftop Cocktail Bar is a hidden gem and one of the best bars in Miami Beach. Located on the top floor of the Pelican Hotel, it offers a beautiful ocean view and indoor/outdoor seating. The vibe is super chill, amazing, and exclusive without trying too hard, feeling completely removed from the hustle and bustle. It is a must-visit speakeasy.
The craft cocktails are great, wonderful, delicious, and some of the best in Miami, with phenomenal presentation. Specific drinks include the old fashioned, the jazz aged drink, the clara bow, and the quince sour. The bartenders really know what they're doing and the service is great and fully recommended. The food is also really wonderful. The whole idea of a speakeasy is tied to transgression, and no smoking on the outside terrace is unfortunate for some. It is a beautiful place for having drinks and an amazing place.
