I need you to understand something: this is the best food I have ever had in my life. Full stop. When I go home to Denver, I will spend every day of my natural life thinking wistfully about this restaurant. I would book another ticket to Miami just to eat here and then fly home. I cannot overstate the ways in which this meal has changed my life. I will never be the same.
