“Stumbled upon this place walking for a different food spot and decided to eat here instead, and I’m very pleased that I made the choice. It has been difficult to find restaurants that know how to actually cook in Miami so I was very pleased today and will be coming back here to explore the different drinks that they have on their menu. I ordered this blue cocktail and it was a perfect combination is sweet and subtle flavor of wine.

They have these cool milkshake looking drinks, but I did not try them yet and plan to one day. Had the stuffed tostones for appetizers and they were by far my favorite ones I’ve tried. Then I ordered the Venezuela bowl and it was a lot of food and all the flavors just came together very well. Love the atmosphere of the place, definitely coming back here again! I ordered the Cachapa Artesanal de Asado Negro, and it was simply outstanding. The sweet corn pancake (cachapa) was perfectly prepared, and the asado negro filling was tender, rich, and bursting with traditional flavor. Everything about the dish was cooked to perfection.

Staying at a hotel near bye, just disembarked from a cruise 🚢. Flying back home in a couple of days. Saw these guys hot dog stand online… and were so glad we found them. A fantastic dog, good choice of toppings, and the lightest, tastiest bun. Beautifully wrapped for us to go, by the efficient friendly staff. The kitchen was clean and shiny. “I found this place by pure chance as I got off the bus at the wrong stop. I went in for directions but chose to stay for a coffee and one of their Empanadas as they looked delicious. I was not disappointed. A mother and her son have just recently taken over the business and they seem to be doing a thoroughly good job so far. It's only a short walk from the busy part of Little Havana which makes it a great place to start if you're in the area. Definitely more local than touristy. I look forward to returning there when I'm back in Miami 😬
