“We order from Fabulous at least once a week via DoorDash where I work. My favorite dish is the meatloaf with white rice, mac and cheese and yams. Always a great cooked meal. Once the meatloaf was a small portion but every other time the portions are very good. The teas fruit punch and lemonades are really good too.“

“Honestly I was skeptical about his place being a ‘ghost kitchen’ but the food was fresh and delicious.. I feel if you order earlier in the day the Mac and cheese would be creamier but I ordered the fried catfish it’s crispy and well seasoned and the yams were on point and the collards was just right. Honestly would order from them again but might opt out for the Mac and cheese for something else because I like my Mac like creamy and cheese but other than that I can’t complain for ordering from a ‘ghost kitchen’ and the sweet potato pie was a chefs kiss would definitely recommend trying this place I was sketched out from the address and map view but I door dashed and everything was great“

“Just chose to stop in fresh off a Carnival cruise. We decided to ignore the reviews and give it a try. I don’t know why people are so critical, food was hot, fresh and just what we were looking for. As far as timeliness, we don’t do fast food! If it isn’t prepared with love I don’t want it, and that requires time.“

“The fried turkey wings with lemon pepper seasoning was amazing. The yams were delicious, but the greens were just okay. The waitress made really great recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their food, although they ordered straight off the menu, chicken, steak, and shrimp. I asked the waitress for advice. They all ordered the mystery mix drink while I ordered the waitress choice and mine tasted better. Overall, it was a great dining experience. You won't be disappointed.

“Average breakfast . I had grits, fried eggs and sausage with biscuits. The tea was good and southern sweeet. The young waiter, Blow, was extremely nice and calm. He wasn’t your typical waiter, but his style worked for a small soul food restaurant. The other male waiter/bus boy moved at super human speed. The place was very clean and definitely is a favorite of the locals. It was my first time visiting. I will definitely try it if I am ever back there.“

“First of all great customer service, their conch is very flavorful and needs no sauce in my opinion (their sweet n sour is good tho). The Mac and cheese was delicious and so was the rice. Also I highly recommend the shrimp and crab salad it’s amazing.“

I mind my business, get what I need, fill my belly, and have a good day. I have never been met with a nasty attitude because I don’t go there looking for people to be overly cheerful and friendly. “Pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend visiting Derry's Family Restaurant.

We went for breakfast and the food was so delicious. There were so many dishes we wanted to try. I selected the Big 2 which consisted of eggs, bacon and sausage. The Big 2 comes with pancakes too ?. She had Priscilla's Favorite-2 eggs, 2 sausage patties and a very generous portion of biscuits on gravy.... Hot damn!??
