“Hierro Light Bakery is absolutely phenomenal. To start, the owner Laura is lovely. She is so sweet, accommodating, professional, and truly passionate about her craft. I contacted her because I needed 2 cakes for 2 very special occasions, and she made me feel like they were for her own personal special occasions. The recipients of one of the cakes is a hard-core KETO and fitness maniac, so it was crucial that it was keto, but I also of course wanted it to be delicious ☺. The consensus was off the charts. He not only loved it, but he also said it was the most amazing KETO cake he has ever had, and he tries (and bakes himself) tons of different recipes and products. The other recipient is not strict KETO, but also said it was one of the best cakes he has ever had and raved for days about the quality and deliciousness.
