“My family and I wanted to eat something sweet after our dinner at Chelas and we decided to stop by Cold Stone to eat some ice cream, although in this location there is always a line at night, the service surprised me. The workers were very friendly and the place was super clean. We were served by a girl with curly blonde hair and I think she said her name was Faby. And she had such knowledge of the menu that she was able to make recommendations that were perfect for all of us. I recommend them if you are in the area and ask for it.“

Chocolate, Sweet Cream and Dulce de Leche ice cream, Double Brownie, Double Yellow Cake, Caramel and Whipped Cream 🤤. Simple and to the point. Sometimes, less is more. The texture is heavenly, flavor is explosive. But this location is very Generous and with top-notch customer service. If you get stuck and aren't sure what to order, give this creation I created 3 years ago, while I was pregnant, a try! It's mindblowing!! FIVE STARS! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“Love Japow! The Strawberry Daifuku flavor is exceptional. One the best shaved ice I've ever had. It's so delicate, creamy, and delicious. The quality of the chocolate, the fresh strawberries , and mini mochi take it over the top. It's nice they use natural flavors. Loved the service. We had no idea what to order and the lady there helped us figure out what we should try by asking us if we preferred fruity or creamy flavors or both. We decided chocolate and strawberries would be best, and she was right! Best choice! This place is special. Whenever in Design District will be back for sure.“

“Came back to this place after YEARS of not visiting. It is still as good as I remembered. Excellent choices of ice cream and paletas. Anyone complaining about the prices should just go to McDonald's across the street. It's pretty inexpensive. The Ferrero Rocher ice cream was very good. The coconut paleta is also great. “I took my mom here for ice cream on a random afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by its prices and just old school charm. We had soft serve in cones nothing fancy but just as effective (and very affordable) on a hot Miami day. We sat outside (they only have outdoor seating) on one of their little picnic tables and enjoyed people watching. All in all, I'm so happy a little place still like this still exists in Miami.“

“Amazing aesthetic and I love the service given every visit. The last visit there we met with the owner, JJ and he was so polite. He is a young entrepreneur and definitely more mature beyond his years. My friend and I always go here for the Crémas milkshake. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here!“

However, when I decided to get one more small ice cream to-go, I was surprised to be charged $9 for just that single cup. While the quality is definitely there, the prices seem a bit steep, especially for the portion size. Great taste, but be prepared to spend more than expected.“
