The freshness is unmatched, I am a huge fan of brick oven pizza and this pizza is even better than Steve's and Andiamo's, I have been a life long fan of both!!! I have a new favorite pizza forever now, something about the dough fermentation process is simply amazing and leads to a stunning texture and taste! He was so accommodating to my lactose intolerance, I would highly recommend Rocco's for anybody but especially if you are looking for a flavorful pizza even without cheese! Rocco is a wonderful and talented chef, he is also an extremely friendly and charismatic skilled professional. The staff and the owner were extremely nice and patient and made it one of the best birthdays we've had for any of our kids. This place is awesome. I would give six stars if I could.
