Most recently they provided the crepes for a combined Super Bowl/Birthday party with 50 people. Their chef was great, the crepes (both entree and dessert) were fantastic. Maria always manages the office side impeccably. They are totally reliable, always timely and clean up afterwards. Highly recommended and we will continue using them for years to come.“

Very nice decor when you walk in and person who assisted me was very nice. Didn’t finish my food because I wanted to write this review first before continuing lol. This restaurant gets 2 thumbs up for me. Everything I bought was delicious…from the bean sauce to the rice and beans, fried plaintains, pikliz, and legume was very good. The beef in the legume was very seasoned which is something I was surprised by yet am appreciative for. I will come again so eager to try the other items. Also they have lunch specials which is a plus!“

Both were delicious and especially impressive given the large volume they had to make (150+ guests). We had many delicious passed hors d'oeuvres, but I still dream about the bacon wrapped maduros (sweet plantains). Lastly, the dinner (churrasco steak and yucca crusted mahi) was phenomenal. Again, it was so impressive that the quality did not falter while they cooked large volumes of food. This is another factor that sets Bill Hansen apart from any other caterers I have experienced. (My guests STILL talk to me about how good the food was and my wedding was over a month ago!)Lastly, one unique thing that I requested from Sandra was that she provide iced tea to my mom (who drinks iced tea constantly!!) for the wedding day. When we showed up to the event, Sandra had a vat of perfectly brewed iced tea. While many may view this detail as silly/forgettable, Sandra knew this detail was actually very important to us and it showed how much Sandra really did care about the success of our day.THANK YOU SANDRA!!!!“

“I love bolay so much and have come to this location a few times and am always impressed by the quality of the food. Today was no different as the service was good, they were quick, friendly and attentive. I got a regular bowl with half white rice and sweet potato noodles, broccoli, miso glazed tofu and topped with guacamole and garlic herb dressing.
