“Stopped by for quick lunch visit. Claimed to be the filet mignon of chicken tenders and they weren’t far off. My first experience was good. The tenders tasted great and the sauces were a nice touch. “This has easily been one of my favorite spots for a smoothie and a wrap. I've been a customer for years and they never disappoint. Friendly team each time and the food is always tasty. The place is always clean with small tables. I love anything berry so I usually do the pomegranate plunge or the jetty punch and add berries to it. It's all tasty really and they have so many options to choose from which is nice. My favorite wrap is the hummus veggie wrap. I think it's such a perfect combination of veggies and it's pretty filling believe it or not. Maybe one day I'll try the other items as I've seen they keep adding new things but I can't stay away from the hummus veggie wrap lol But if you are ever looking for something easy and light then give them a try! I had the Oreo hot coffee but it started to give me a headache and I didn't like the aftertaste. This could be my own salt sensitivity. I tried the Mango Tango afterward which was ok. It tasted too much like water. I ordered the oatmeal for my son. He liked it but was too full from his food earlier to finish. I had the shrimp and grits with eggs. The shrimp was the best I've had in forever. The grits were a nice texture and taste. I asked the eggs be over hard and that's how I got them so they were good too. Good seasonings. My waitress was very attentive as were other people walking by who asked if I needed anything whenever they passed our table. Everyone was really nice. They held the door open for us in and out and everyone made sure to speak to me even if they weren't providing a service. I enjoyed the atmosphere. We sat inside Bec I thought my son would be more into that but they have outdoor seating as well. I would go again and just try different drinks. They have a lot to choose from.“

“This restaurant is nice and welcoming, the food is good for the price, the cook usually comes out and greets you, the only thing I disliked in my last visit is that I paid and did not include a tip because I feel like tips are optional depending if you like the service but it is hard to tip if you are paying first and receiving service after because you don’t know if you will like the service, so long story short initially I did not include the tip and the cashier/server asked me about the tip like it is mandatory, so she said you can also give cash which I did not have so I had to end up paying it with my credit card with tax added because I felt pressured to do so, I don’t like feeling pressured to give tips so for this only reason not sure if I will return.“

“This is my go to every time I’m at MIA, which is at least a dozen times a year. DELICIOUS and fresh. Some of the best airport food I’ve eaten anywhere. The roasted veggie and chicken salad is outstanding. The portion is large so even at $16 I get two meals out of it (and yes I carry the rest to my destination if I don’t finish it, it’s that good). Had the falafel wrap for a change yesterday and it was also excellent. This is food that I would eat regularly if it were available near my home. FYI the same food is sold at Ice Box at the other end of the terminal.“

They are located just across Margaret Pace Park, where there is a dog park too.I think they get a lot of foot traffic because parking is not easy here. A lot of people order food online and have it ready for pick up. They have a whole shelf dedicated to that.This morning I was feeling coffee, and the banana coffee sounded interesting. It was more like a smoothie because of the blended texture. It was pretty filling.I thought the upstairs area would be nice and chill, but it was actually very loud.
